Trauma & old patterns
You’re on alert, quick to shut down, or carrying reactions you can’t quite explain. We can explore those patterns at a pace that feels manageable and work toward more choice in how you respond.
I provide online therapy for adults throughout Oregon, with support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. Maybe you’re getting through the day, but it takes more out of you than anyone realizes. Therapy can give you room to untangle what’s happening and find a way forward that feels more like you.

Inside, your mind is busy, your energy is stretched, and even the small things can feel like a lot.
You might replay conversations, put everyone else first, or wonder why things that seem easy for other people take so much effort. Maybe an old experience still shows up in your relationships. Or a life change has left you asking, “Who am I now?”
You can start right there. You don’t have to explain it perfectly, know exactly what you need, or have a plan for fixing it.
Money stress can take up a lot of space. This free handout offers a five-minute reset to help you pause, notice what matters, and choose one manageable next step.

You may feel overwhelmed by everyday demands, worn out from masking, or caught between needing structure and resisting it. Whether you have a diagnosis or are exploring your experience, our work can make room for the way your brain works.
Worry, low mood, second-guessing, and the pressure to keep up can follow you everywhere. Together, we can understand what feeds that cycle and practice ways to feel steadier in daily life.
A changing role, a loss, a strained relationship, or a new season of life can unsettle your sense of yourself. Therapy can be a place to sort through what matters and what you want next.
I work with adults with OCD, including intrusive thoughts and compulsions. OCD, ADHD, and anxiety can become tangled together, leaving you overwhelmed, distracted, or caught in cycles of doubt and checking. I have training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and find an approach that fits how your mind works.
I’m Beth Stoner, an Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor. My style is down to earth, curious, and collaborative—with room for humor and the messy parts of being human.
I understand neurodivergence personally, and I know that a different kind of brain may need a different kind of approach. We’ll look for what fits you, rather than another version of “buy a planner and try harder.”
I bring advanced trauma and ADHD certifications, along with tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma informed work. Outside of sessions, I’m a grandma of three and happiest with a little time outdoors.

You can show up with a busy mind, a hard week, or something you’ve never said out loud. We’ll slow things down, look at what keeps happening, and decide together where to go next.
Some sessions make space for feelings and understanding. Others focus on practical tools for boundaries, overwhelming moments, or getting through your day. Your needs help shape the work.
